Job Description

Primary Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Coordinator to support our client’s growing base of business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers. In this role, you will provide comprehensive account management and support, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to our mission of advancing clean energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full account management services to assigned customers Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently Support customer service operations including claims processing, contractor invoice handling, billing, enrollment, and fulfillment Accurately read and interpret insurance policies to extract and input key data Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in all account-related tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a related field (customer service, sales, customer accounting, claims, or revenue recovery) High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret and analyze information from insurance policies Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
