Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Sales of med spa services as well as packages Sales of skincare products Greet patients, assist in the patient check-in check-out process Answering the phones, strong phone skills is extremely important Driving leads to close as new patients Scheduling appointments Handling patient questions and correspondence Willing to learn all administrative duties and cross train in the front and back admin tasks in order to ensure the team runs smoothly Handle sales transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system.
