Veterinary Practice Coordinator – Customer Service Representative All About Town Pet House Calls 301 East Ocean Avenue, Lantana, FL 33462 Qualified applicant will be responsible for establishing client appointments, client communication, patient intake and discharge, prescription refills. A+++ customer service is what we are all about. Veterinary experience is preferred.. Customer service and telephone skills are paramount to success in this position. Computer skills and knowledge of current technology is a must. The practice is computerized and 100% paperless. Being able to run errands ie. delivery to post office, lab sample delivery, , etc is also important. Must have good reliable transportation. You will be spending much of your time in our beautiful E Ocean Ave office. . This practice is a unique hybrid of house calls and in office appointments and surgery. We offer the most complete and unique house call experience bar none! Summary As a Veterinary Practice Coordinator – Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the veterinary team. Your core skills in veterinary experience and animal handling will enable you to assist clients effectively, ensuring their pets receive the best care. While no prior experience is necessary, strong computer skills will be vital for managing appointments and client communications.
