AT&T Account Associate Responsibilities:
Promote new communications services and solutions to prospective clients using a direct sales approach. Review customer accounts and contacts, complying with company confidentiality, compliance, and privacy policies. Identify and target potential customers utilizing a generated leads list, bringing in new business to support company account enrollment. Employ a consultative sales approach to understand and offer specialized solutions to meet specific client needs. Close sales and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a direct point of contact. Maintain an in-depth understanding of our company’s values, standards, and product offerings. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, administration, and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Preferred AT&T Account Associate Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in sales, client account management, or customer service.
