The CommunityOutreach Representative will provide tailored product and servicerecommendations, develop customer account strategies to reinforcebrand loyalty, and help the Community Outreach team roll out newcompliance initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role has asolution-oriented mindset, is fearlessly creative, and possesses akeen interest in a leadership role.
Community OutreachRepresentative Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers onorder requests, eligible service updates, product tracking, andbilling information Meet our company communication standardsbetween you and the client – Always handle questions, concerns, andcomplaints with the highest level of professionalism and careInteract with Customer Service and Sales Manager to prioritizecustomer orders and claims and deliver solutions to problem areasin the sales, service, or compliance departments Traincross-functionally to oversee all components of the customerexperience lifecycle from initial contact to managing the deliveryand installation Partner with the Junior Customer AccountDepartment Manager to participate and lead hiring, onboarding, andnew employee training sessions Always research to monitor industrytrends and create new customer service strategies to ensure we aredelivering the best-in-class customer support
