Role Summary, We’re seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment. This position starts at $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, and we have a strong preference for candidates with prior roofing company experience, including permitting, production coordination or field support. Key Responsibilities, Provide friendly, professional support to homeowners primarily via phone, keeping them informed throughout their roofing project (90% phone-based interactions) Answer calls, emails and inquiries with promptness and attention to detail Coordinate with sales, production and field crews to schedule installations, inspections, permit pulls and project milestones. Follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction, address questions and document feedback Maintain accurate CRM records (AccuLynx or similar) of all customer interactions, permits and project details Propose process improvements to enhance the homeowner experience and streamline field operations Qualifications, Previous roofing company experience strongly preferred. Permitting, production or project coordination a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Energetic, positive attitude with an eagerness to learn in an in-office role Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail Comfortable working full-time in-office, 40 hours per week Familiarity with CRM systems (AccuLynx) is helpful but not required, we’ll provide training Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus Why Join PITCH Roofing?
