Full Time Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm Provide ongoing project updates and support to customers Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and manage reputation-related feedback Communicate effectively with internal teams Use CRM software (preferably Lead Perfection) to track customer progress Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks Solve issues proactively and follow up to ensure successful resolutions Collect customer reviews to support reputation management
Qualifications:
A positive, upbeat attitude and love for helping people Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset Proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms (Lead Perfection experience a big plus) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with multiple departments Bilingual is a plus but not required
