Customer Service Coordinator (Onsite, up to $25/hr)
Tarpon Springs, FL Temporary $20.00 – $25.00/hr Onsite Job Description Our customer is a leading provider of construction services here in Tampa Bay. They are committed to delivering high-quality solutions to their clients. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing them with exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through to scheduling and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Calls:
Manage and respond to inbound calls from potential customers, as well as make outbound calls to generate new leads and qualify them for service.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify incoming leads by asking pertinent questions to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, site visits, and consultations for our construction teams. Ensure smooth communication between customers and service teams.
Customer Communication:
Provide information about our services, answer customer inquiries, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Database Management:
Record and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up tracking.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and nurture potential business relationships.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and field teams to ensure excellent service delivery and project coordination.
Qualifications:
Three or more years of previous customer service experience, both inbound & outbound
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to qualify leads and identify customer needs.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
