Maintain transparent communication with customers, process new orders, track their status, provide ongoing customer service, and update customer information as necessary. Consistently meet both team and individual performance targets while continuously seeking to improve customer satisfaction levels. Entry Level Manager Role:

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Previous experience in customer service or management is preferred. A strong desire to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and foster brand recognition. A basic understanding of technology, along with a willingness to learn new processes. The ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple customer accounts. A consistently positive and professional demeanor.
