We’re searching for a qualified financial advisor to join us and Payant Wealth Management Group in providing a balanced combination of professional investment management and personalized financial planning. As a Professional Client Service Administrator, you will perform a dual role supporting leadership administrative activities as well as support a wealth advisory office.
You will be part of a fee-based financial planning practice and will provide client support and administrative assistance to a team of financial professionals.
You will provide support including, but not limited to preparation of documents for client meetings, client presentations, client file maintenance, letters to clients, calendar management, new business processing, and general support for the team.

Salary:
$60-000 – $70,000 per year + annual bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based ona number ofjob-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Creative/Benefits Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistance Maintains a “predictable environment” for clients and team members
Prepares documents and presentations
Schedules client meetings
Creates, gathers and organizes collateral for client meetings
Answers incoming correspondence via phone and email
Provides fee planning, investment & insurance processing support
Maintains client records, CRM database and compliance files
Handles sensitive, confidential, proprietary information with discretion
Types documents, letters and other memoranda
Greets and directs visitors and act as the primary resource for internal and external contacts, facilitating a professional image of Osaic Advisors
Orders supplies and coordinates routine maintenance and repairs to office equipment
Develops working knowledge of any systems as they may be implemented Wealth Advisory Assistance Administers all business in accordance with FINRA, SEC, MSRB and OCC regulations while adhering to company policies and procedures
Assists with completion of fee planning contracts, investment and insurance applications, as necessary
Maintains integrity of client asset record system and vendor lists
Interfaces with broker/dealer, brokerage, fund companies, custodians and insurance companies as necessary
Familiar with CRM tools: Salesforce and Practifi
Tracks fees paid and contracts signed. Follows up with clients on outstanding payments
Assists the team in maintaining a compliant practice
Understands and adheres to policies regarding support from wholesalers, compliance approval for documents, proper use of stationery/business cards, and other required procedures
Assists clients and team members to the extent possible based on licensing and/or registrations
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic Requirements:
3-5+ years of relevant experience in administrative support that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
Drives performance targets to completion
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Acrobat (Standard)
Proficient with CRM tools: Salesforce, Practifi or similar
Preferred Requirements:
Financial Services experience preferred
FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 65 preferred
Life and Health insurance preferred
