RSi is looking for a Client Services Manager for our Enrollment division. The Client Services Manager specializes in Medicaid, Disability, Hospital Revenue Cycle Management, with technology driven solutions. The Client Services Manager will also creatively tackle healthcare processes, supervise Enrollment staff, continuously develop client relationships, and facilitate daily operations at the client site(s). Job Responsibilities:
Work with senior leadership to produce defined financial results within a dynamic healthcare environment which meet and/or exceed customer requirements and company profitability goals. Maintain effective, efficient, and productive operational workflow Manage and develop a team to match resource needs. Enforce disciplinary action as warranted concerning any employee misconduct. Communicate with leadership to share client perceptions about services and performance; and to successfully resolve gaps in deliverables. Respond to daily questions and concerns raised by client in a timely and responsible manner. Adhere to and supports organizational standards, policies, and procedures. Adjust staff’s duties as may be required to accommodate procedural changes and the success of the organization. Encourage a healthy work culture and environment by modeling positive, creative, and customer-focused characteristics. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Exceptional customer services skills Demonstrates problem solving and case management skills Proficient with technology such as phone systems, computers, Microsoft software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2 years of experience in operations management Have managed at least 5 employees Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Requires prolonged sitting, standing, and walking. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Requires lifting papers or boxes up to 15 pounds occasionally. Work must be performed inside the hospital or facility. Travel to other offices and/or client facilities may be required.
