This is an in-person role with a structured schedule — about 2 hours a day handling service management tasks (morning and afternoon), and the rest of the day focused on growing our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily service schedules and technician communication Handle customer inquiries, work orders, and quotes Follow up on quotes and push for approvals Maintain client information and ServiceM8 organization Conduct outside sales calls to bring in new business Help onboard Cypress as a vendor with maintenance companies Provide excellent customer service and promote additional services
