As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service while managing staff and operational efficiency. Duties Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards. Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate field staff performance, fostering a positive work environment. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Collaborate with the office team to ensure timely service and quality standards are met. Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational costs while maintaining service excellence. Utilize our CRM software system for management and reporting. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction. Monitor compliance with code and safety regulations within our responsibilities. Qualifications Proven experience in HVACR management, with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with MS Office and similar software systems is required. Strong knowledge of HVACR operations and practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in budgeting and financial management within the service industry is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Knowledge of inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
