A leading manufacturing company in Sanford, FL is seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Manager to lead day-to-day customer operations and support internal sales, inventory, and purchasing functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in order management, quoting, and inventory coordination, along with a solid understanding of bills of materials and purchase orders.
salary:
$20 – $24 per hour

High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order receiving process, including accurate data entry, tracking, and fulfillment Provide quotes and pricing coordination in collaboration with the sales team and production departments Support the sales team with timely updates on inventory, order status, and lead times Interpret and work with bills of materials (BOMs) and ensure accuracy in related documents Handle purchase orders, vendor coordination, and follow-up for inbound materials Ensure optimal inventory control, working closely with warehouse and supply chain teams Supervise or mentor customer service staff (if applicable), fostering a customer-first mindset Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a customer service or order management role (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred) strong understanding of BOMs, POs, quoting, and inventory systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple teams under tight deadlines Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Skills
