Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of small to mid-sized commercial P&C accounts, ensuring timely renewals and service excellence.
- Provide consultative support and guidance to clients on coverages, claims, and policy changes.
- Market and quote new business and renewals, leveraging carrier relationships and online rating tools.
- Collaborate with underwriters and producers to ensure optimal coverage and pricing.
- Maintain organized, accurate client records and documentation for compliance and renewals.
- Address and resolve coverage questions, billing inquiries, and other service issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably within an independent agency setting.
- Active Property & Casualty license required 220.
- Experience using EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 is a must.
- Industry designations (CIC, CRIS, CPCU, etc.) are great.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
