The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness at the bar, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage with customers to create a friendly environment, taking orders and providing recommendations. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and standards. Implement loss prevention strategies, including monitoring CCTV footage when necessary. Maintain knowledge of current trends in mixology and beverage offerings. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus. Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with state regulations. A certificate in bartending or mixology is preferred but not mandatory.
