We’re seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our internal call center and develop a team of 15+ Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings for multiple service lines and locations. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standard of service while supporting company growth and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ CSRs Monitor and evaluate performance to ensure call conversion and satisfaction goals are met Manage department KPIs, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve Create and manage onboarding, training, and coaching programs Proactively assess tools and workflows for efficiency and performance Foster a team culture built on accountability, trust, and customer-centricity Partner with service and marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities Handle escalated customer calls as needed to ensure resolution Manage call system performance and make recommendations for improvements Assist with hiring and staffing to support departmental growth
What You’ll Be Driving:
Higher conversion rates from a variety of lead sources Optimization of scheduling and workload distribution across service areas Timely customer resolutions and accurate data tracking Enhanced customer experiences and repeat business Integration of customer insights to improve team performance and marketing strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leader with a minimum of 5 years managing customer service teams Strong background in performance coaching and process improvement Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in call center platforms, telephony systems, and Microsoft Excel Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus Sales or negotiating experience is a bonus Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Why Join Canady’s?
