What You’ll Do:
Build strong client relationships through regular visits and proactive communication Educate customers on our full range of products and services to increase retention and upsell opportunities Partner with sales and management to meet division goals for revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction Conduct regular site inspections to ensure brand consistency and quality standards Identify and resolve customer concerns, including loss prevention issues, in coordination with leadership Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities Represent the company with professionalism and align behavior with our core values Travel as needed to visit client sites, attend meetings, and support regional operations
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience 2+ years in customer service, account management, or sales Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays Why Join Five Star?
