Our Service Department Coordinator will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls for service customers. They will be expected to enhance customer experience with friendly and prompt communication. They will schedule service appointments, confirm reservations, and follow up regarding the customer experience.

Products and Services Responsibilities:

Handle and interact with potential customers through various digital channels, including email, chat, and phone calls Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting Setting service appointments and working follow up tasks Respond promptly to online service leads and follow up with potential customers to guide explain the service process Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Collaboration with other service associates to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience preferred but not required Professional and friendly demeanor Detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license, satisfactory background check results, and clean driving record •We are an equal opportunity employer.
