Salary:
$70,000-$75,000 with Bonus Potential Key Responsibilities Client Success Conduct in-home visits for new clients Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments Develop individualized care plans Visit and follow up with clients in hospitals Lead 90-day new client onboarding process Handle client complaints and care adjustments Caregiver Success Monitor caregiver utilization Perform caregiver supervisory and competency visits Recognize caregiver milestones (birthdays, anniversaries) Coordinate training sessions (virtual and classroom) Address caregiver complaints and disciplinary needs Lead caregiver retention efforts Complete annual caregiver evaluations
Qualifications Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Active Compact RN license (valid in SC and GA) Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills Experience in customer service and staff supervision Core Competencies Compassionate and effective leadership Strong clinical judgment and decision-making Detail-oriented and dependable Collaborative and self-motivated Professional and discreet in all interactions
