Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable individual to serve as our Client Intake & Lead Coordinator . This key front-line role is responsible for answering incoming calls, managing new client inquiries, organizing leads, and ensuring each inquiry is handled with attention, urgency, and care to help convert leads into new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming office calls promptly and professionally Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries Gather essential information from potential clients and document accurately Enter and organize all leads in our CRM or tracking system Follow up with leads to move them through the intake pipeline Schedule consultations or appointments for the appropriate team members Track and report on lead conversion metrics Provide exceptional customer service to all callers and prospective clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—compassionate, patient, and a great listener Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in customer service, home care, healthcare, or a related field Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Comfortable with scheduling tools, databases, and phone-based communication

Bonus If You Have:

Previous experience working in a home care or senior care setting Knowledge of scheduling systems (e.g., ClearCare/WellSky or similar platforms) A background in nursing, care coordination, or case management

Savannah, GA (in-office)

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday-Friday | Occasional on-call or after-hours support as needed
