Position Overview:

We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Home Care division. This person will play a key role in ensuring our clients and their families have a seamless, personalized, and consistently positive experience with Coastal Care Partners. From confirming caregiver schedules to addressing concerns, this person will be the heart of client support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for home care clients and families Ensure caregiver schedules align with client needs and preferences Coordinate with scheduling and recruiting teams to assign the right caregivers to the right clients Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and quickly address any concerns Manage care transitions and updates, including changes in client condition or care plan Maintain accurate client records and communication notes in the system Support the onboarding of new clients and help create personalized care experiences Collaborate closely with caregivers and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—compassionate, patient, and a great listener Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in customer service, home care, healthcare, or a related field Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Comfortable with scheduling tools, databases, and phone-based communication

Bonus If You Have:

Previous experience working in a home care or senior care setting Knowledge of scheduling systems (e.g., ClearCare/WellSky or similar platforms) A background in nursing, care coordination, or case management

Location:

Savannah, GA (in-office)

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday-Friday | Occasional on-call or after-hours support as needed
