Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in areas such as retail math, time management, and effective communication. Manage administrative tasks including payroll processing and scheduling to ensure efficient store operations. Oversee cash register operations, ensuring accurate pricing and transactions. Participate in the interviewing process for new hires, contributing to the selection of candidates who align with our company values. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to maintain optimal product availability. Foster a collaborative work environment by encouraging open communication among team members. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is preferred. Strong understanding of retail math and ability to analyze sales data for informed decision-making. Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in payroll systems and scheduling software. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and team members. Time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
