Job Summary:
The Account Coordinator at Belt Power, LLC., will be responsible for managing and following up on customer and vendor order confirmations, handling front desk duties, and facilitating communication across department.
Responsibilities Includes:
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve the quote-to-fabrication lifecycle. Request, collect, and follow up on missing order confirmations from vendor. Maintain accurate and up-to date customer records and status updates. Take incoming calls and relay messages and inquiries to the appropriate departments. Respond to status inquiries from the Inside Sales Team by reviewing emails and updating relevant parties. Coordinate with production managers, planners, sales, and branch leadership as needed. Monitor workflow and proactively identify bottlenecks or delays in fabrication and sales processes. Communicate scheduling conflicts and help find resolutions that meet production and customer needs. Collaborate with inventory management to align material availability with production demands. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming communications. Provide administrative support to Inside Sales and Production teams as needed. Ensure smooth internal communication flow and proper documentation of order statuses. Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations; maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition. Required to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) in required areas. Requirements:
A year of experience in fabrication, production scheduling, expediting, or value-added distribution, preferred. Proven ability to coordinate schedules and expedite orders in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Experience working with ERP systems and production planning tools. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with professionalism and accuracy. Positive attitude, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to work well across teams. Organization and prioritization skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong math and computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Work Environment :

Physical Demands:
The Account Coordinator may lift and / or move up to 15 pounds and will require manual dexterity and strength in arms and feet to manipulate equipment controls. Tools, and other items used to make adjustments and/or minor maintenance. Will use hands, arms, back, and shoulders to handle, installs, position, move items, and manipulate other objects. Could be in a sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting position for long periods of time.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position in office. Typical workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, some overtime and weekends required.
Pay Range:
$19.00 to $22.00 an hour
