As a Manager, Customer Care at RXO, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, coaching and developing a high performing customer care team. What your day-to-day will look like: Manage the end-to-end error resolution process for work stream and ensure that there is adequate staffing to meet the current and projected workload. Communicate effectively and concisely with merchants, colleagues, and customers to resolve escalation and dispute cases. Setting of reasonable and achievable team goals and KPIs, establishing consistent operational process additions or changes. Provide management reporting highlighting team performance and identification of process gaps. What you’ll need to excel: At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience 5 years relevant work experience Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), and other business-related applications. It’d be great if you also have: 6+ years’ experience in the transportation and logistics industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to exercise appropriate judgment, especially with upward communication regarding department or employee concerns In this role, you’ll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.
