Sales and Customer Experience Manager Petland Jacksonville 840 Ernest West Barrett Parkway NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144 Job description The Petland Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of managing a retail pet store with a strong emphasis on reaching Sales goals and animal husbandry . The Petland Manager MUST follow all Petland operating systems to ensure the highest standards of customer service, animal husbandry and sales performance. A few key items have been listed below to emphasize their importance.
Responsibilities:
Able to achieve Sales goals. Training Staff members to reach sales goals. Strong Communication skills, both oral & written. Ability to follow operating systems and procedures.
SELF MOTIVATION
Ability to stay focused on task Flexibility & stamina to work retail hours. Ability to understand financial statements. Ability to lead a team of employees. Ability to comprehend multiple Spreadsheets, making adjustments with the Employees based on the results. Must be able to repetitively lift 40 lbs. comfortably. Must have the ability to Teach, Educate, Influence, Persuade, Motivate and Develop staff. Must have a commanding presence while on sales floor in order to constantly direct employees toward customer interaction. Must uphold the highest standard of appearance and professionalism at all times! Not only practicing good hygiene and presentation of Petland uniform with one’s self, but with staff in its entirety Ensure that all employees maintain a high level of accountability through daily reviews of average Tickets, dollars per hour; monitoring, use and review of employee scorecard. Must maintain a high level of professionalism & positive attitude while inside of the 4 walls. Positively affect staff morale and culture for both sales’ performance and community relationships.
Experience:
