This role has two priorities:
Quality of work & customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service You are responsible for the quality control of all bikes you work on and it is your duty to ensure that they have been correctly assembled and set-up. Your duties will also include helping to maintain and replenish your consumable stock within the workshop. To update and maintain records and track any ordered parts and warranties that you have dealt with. Complete all assigned jobs as per the work schedule Ensure all operational tasks delegated are completed Mitigate customer service issues by helping to proactively manage issues as they arise Arrive early to setup the store to open on time Close out the store at the end of the day Ensure a high degree of focus on quality of workmanship & workshop organization Focus on constantly developing product & service knowledge Minimum pay $15/hr , final pay based on experience Continued on page 2
Qualifications:
