Job Description

Electrical Service Manager CD Mechanical Atlanta, GA 30332 Overview We are looking for an Electrical Service Manager who will play a crucial role in achieving the company’s strategic objectives and annual goals by delivering exceptional electrical services aligned with the companies vision, purpose, and core values. The company is a leading provider of integrated electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building automation solutions for commercial and industrial facilities. Responsibilities Mentor and guide team leads to achieve desired performance metrics. Conduct weekly mentoring sessions with team leads on performance metrics. Ensure the team meets job performance standards, complying with appropriate codes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct weekly inspections of trucks, auditing paperwork, and service call checklists. Oversee the management of inventory for service calls by service technicians. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective and complete job objectives. Provide support to the team in troubleshooting issues as needed. Be accountable for department performance and progress toward company goals. Train, coach, and mentor team leaders, technicians, and apprentices. Qualifications Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations Team-oriented with the ability to effectively lead a team to positive outcomes
