WHAT YOU’LL DO
Partner with and advise clients on CX and product strategiesand solutions. This could include growing customer experiencecapabilities internally for the client, or building strategies,concepts and experiences for their customers. Plan and facilitate client white-boarding sessions, designworkshops, and project meetings. Develop executive-level storytelling presentations, simplifyingcomplex findings and concepts to drive action and decisionmaking. Analyze market and competitive data to discover trends,best-practices, threats, and provide recommendations. Define users, segments, and channel strategy. Develop plans forproducts, programs, and/or services. Create multi-year transformation roadmaps of various complexitylevels and document initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
5+ years of experience in Product and CX-related work Previous consulting experience that led to proficiency inscoping work, running a project engagement, and articulating how tooptimize human experiences. Ability to develop rapport and partnerships with clients. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and develop ideasto bring together business objectives and consumer needs. Ability to use customer experience maturity models to definethe right transformation plan Ability to analyze qualitative and/or quantitative customerresearch. Experience designing and creating journey maps, implementationroadmaps, and/or service blueprints.
Nice to have:
background in digital product ideation anddevelopment Proven ability to work closely with technology teams and basicfamiliarity with the systems and processes required to build appsand websites. Ability to present and explain complex concepts ineasy-to-understand terms to groups ranging from executives toproject team members and other stakeholders. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupledwith strong spoken and written communication skills. Self-starter; comfortable working in undefinedsituations.
