Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:
The Service BDC Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the BDC Department Operations, ensuring that the department meets the necessary objectives while creating and implementing action plans. The Service BDC Manager will be required to run an efficient and profitable BDC Department through productive staffing, customer retention, and achievement of objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Hire, manage, and supervise the performance of the small BDC department. Maintain a high Customer Service Index rating, reduce customer complaints, and increase customer retention Conduct BDC meetings and establish department goals and objectives to minimize the unapplied time Create work schedules for staff of 5 Set processes, understand reports, Outbound & Inbound calls Experience is
Required Job Requirements & Qualifications:
