Summary:
We’re seeking a dependable, sharp, and customer-focused team member to help manage our active appraisal pipeline. This is a fast-paced environment where clear communication, follow-through, and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound communication with vendors and clients Coordinate appraisal orders accurately and on time Maintain up-to-date records and notes in internal software Provide prompt, courteous, and clear communication by phone, text, and email Build strong working relationships with appraisers and clients Stay aware of timelines, margins, and order activity to ensure smooth workflow Assist with general office tasks as needed
What You Bring:
Customer service or office experience preferred (but not required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment A mindset that values loyalty, teamwork, and showing up for each other Willingness to learn, ask questions, and improve over time Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Tell us about your AI experience in your resume submission
