Customer Service Apartment Setup Coordinator
Summer Help National Corporate Housing is looking for a dedicated Apartment Setup Coordinator to ensure our luxury corporate apartments are exceptional prior to our guests’ arrival. This individual will help to inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of all apartments prior to residents move-in; identify and quickly correct problems within the apartment, and arrange delivery of housewares and light furniture. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills. National Corporate Housing is a multi-brand, global leader in the hospitality arena providing temporary housing program management for global business travel and corporate relocations. National is one of the largest providers of temporary housing around the globe.
What are you focused on:
Assisting with apartment housewares set-up and tear downs
Moving and staging furniture
Inspecting each apartment entirely; taking a complete housewares inventory just prior to resident’s scheduled move in, adding the final touches to their new home to create an exceptional guest experience
Quickly identifying problems, finding creative solutions, and working under pressure to correct them before our guest arrives
Overseeing key control for apartments inspected
Conducting monthly housewares inventory; including purchasing supplies and inventory locally as directed by supervisor What’s unique about this role:

Knowledgeable about power tools is preferred
