Full Job Description Position Summery:

Inspire Health is looking for a Client Service Manager who is committed to the growth and development of our studio and is passionate about sharing the Inspire Health brand. The Client Service Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for all aspects of our studio’s performance and growth. They are accountable for ensuring that all areas of the business are fulfilled and are driven by exceeding goals and continued growth. Our Client Service Manager is a representative of Inspire Health, a strategic thinker, an entrepreneurial leader, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Works closely with executive team to manage day-to-day operations of Inspire Health and implement company-wide strategies, policies, and procedures. Manages the front desk and provides consistent, specific, and ongoing feedback, and creates an inspiring and upbeat team environment. Ensures the delivery of a positive customer service experience consistent with Inspire Health’s standards. Responds to all client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a positive and timely manner. Creates and continuously monitors class and staff schedules. Work with vendors to ensure all facilities, maintenance and supplies needs are met. Participate in regular meetings with the company’s operations team and collaborates with the front desk staff to advance company objectives. Required Skills and Experience Prior people management experience in high-end fitness, retail, or hospitality (1 year required, 2 years preferred) . Ability to work independently with the confidence to make decisions and course correct as needed. Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans, and people. Proven track record in providing successful leadership to a team. Positive entrepreneurial and resourceful problem-solving attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Superior client relations and communication skills. Passion for wellness and the Inspire Health brand.. Proficiency in MS office, specifically excel. Ability to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, MINDBODY ONLINE proficiency is a plus Bachelor’s degree ( preferred ).
