The CSM drives long-term customer satisfaction and retention by acting as a strategic advisor, problem solver, and business advocate. This role ensures clients receive the full value of our services and that their evolving needs are met through consistent communication, proactive engagement, and partnership-focused service delivery. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies Purpose Driven Champion the voice of the client internally and ensure their goals are translated into actionable internal strategies. Demonstrate a strong commitment to driving client outcomes and success metrics. Proactively identify issues before they become problems and advocate for client needs. Relationship-Focused Develop deep client relationships rooted in trust and clear communication. Tailor communication styles to fit the strategic level of client stakeholders. Drive regular strategic business reviews to uncover opportunities and ensure satisfaction. Execution-Oriented Own and manage client onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle success milestones. Collaborate cross-functionally with Service Desk, Sales, and Technical teams to align solutions with client goals. Maintain detailed documentation and ensure ConnectWise CRM is up to date. Experience & Education 5+ years of customer success, client management, or account management experience in a technology or service business. MSP or IT services experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Technical & Tool Proficiency Proficiency in using ConnectWise Manage or similar CRM/ticketing tools. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and general IT service environments. Comfort discussing cybersecurity, cloud services, and general IT operations. Other Requirements Reliable transportation and valid insurance for occasional travel to client sites. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
