Implement sales management strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Communicate with staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team collaboration. Manage shifts effectively, ensuring adequate coverage and operational flow during peak hours. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the Store Manager on merchandising strategies to optimize product placement. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in a grocery store setting. Strong skills in employee orientation, training development, and shift management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Proficiency in inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels. Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while providing outstanding customer service. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
