Customer Service and Purchasing Coordinator World Micro Inc Roswell, GA 30076 Overview The Customer Service Representative/Buyer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing the purchasing process in a distribution business. This position requires effective communication with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and process orders. Additionally, the CSR/Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods from suppliers to meet customer demands and maintain optimal inventory levels. Duties Provide high-quality customer support through various channels including phone, email, and meetings. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, convey company capabilities and resolve issues promptly. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer and supplier records. Assist Customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring a positive experience. Utilize phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service in a distribution business is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure precise order processing and efficient procurement. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle customer inquiries, order processing, and procurement activities concurrently. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelors degree is preferred.
