Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first impression of our business and the start of a positive customer experience Manage incoming phone inquiries and emails, responding within a reasonable timeline Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Help customers navigate the website/order portal Process general orders for customers Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions and follow up, as needed Team support coordinator offering assistance for general needs across all departments Help in Coordination of the submission, and tracking of licensing applications Help research and implement systems to track key company deadlines Assist with new shop opening activities that include: updating company dashboards, kick off software contracts and light event planning.
Qualifications:
2 or more years in customer service, project management and/or administrative experience. Experience using Shopify, and CRM systems are a plus Knowledge of Google programs preferred Ability to multitask while maintaining gracious attitude and kind nature Willingness to learn and be flexible Attention to detail and strong communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
P/T-F/T:
