POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator II to join our team in supporting our clients and internal team. This position will positively engage with customers on behalf of the company to provide excellent customer service. This includes providing accurate solutions to customers and ensuring the customer is knowledgeable of the products and services offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with a mix of property, regional and marketing level clients in providing effective solutions and support to ensure that all customers are satisfied. Manages the day-to-day jobs, projects, and campaigns for clients through completion, including acquisitions, bulk orders, take overs, estimates, and oversees high-profile, large revenue projects and requests. Proactively builds relationships with clients and shares in ownership of the client experience. May promote and/or recommend additional services or products to customer for purchase. Handles and/or escalates product and service complaints/issues as defined by the process. Communicates with clients throughout production to keep them informed of status of job, to solicit and resolve inquiries and complaints, to obtain approval of materials, such as artwork, color separations, and proofs, and to procure information and materials needed by assigned clients to process orders. Ensures project preparation is accurate and complete before transitioning to the Art, Technology, Operations and Production teams. Monitors progress of jobs throughout production and discusses progress with assigned clients. Enters and tracks jobs and ensures account information and recorded data is accurate. Generates reports on open orders to facilitate their completion up to and including invoicing. Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services. Provides information concerning pricing. Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services. Proactively educates self on Benson products, services, and technologies to acquire professional knowledge to be able to present to clients. Answers direct incoming calls from assigned clients and serves as back-up to answering phones for Customer Service Coordinator I. Represents the Voice of the Client (VOC) internally to Benson. Successfully navigates both client-facing demands and internal requirements to facilitate the resolution of obstacles that could jeopardize client relationships. Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or Marketing. Equivalent experience considered.

Work Experience:
Required:

2-4 years customer service or sales experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Working at computer and sitting for long periods of time. (sitting, talking, hearing). Periodic local travel may be required
