JOB DESCRIPTION
The Open Enrollment Associate Account Services Coordinator provides essential administrative and client support for open enrollment activities across the enterprise. Reporting to the Open Enrollment Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting both internal teams and external clients to ensure the successful coordination and execution of open enrollment meetings, materials, and data submissions. This position partners closely with Account Services and other functional teams to deliver high-quality service, timely responses, and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.

This is a hybrid position that requires team members to work onsite at one of the following locations on a monthly basis: Alpharetta, GA Camp Hill, PA Team members should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a strong understanding of benefit structures, products, and plan designs to accurately interpret and fulfill open enrollment meeting requests. Determine appropriate scheduling criteria and process client requests for benefit highlight summaries, materials, and meeting coordination. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain data for client presentations and respond to inquiries. Research and resolve issues related to print materials and fulfillment, ensuring timely communication of resolutions. Interpret and summarize information from internal teams into clear, concise responses for external clients. Support and occasionally present at open enrollment meetings, both virtually and in-person. Contribute to special projects and provide general administrative support for Account Managers and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required. Ability to work a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. eastern. 3+ years of experience in sales or account management support, with a focus on administrative and client-facing responsibilities preferred. Proficient in scheduling and hosting meetings on Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Strong working knowledge of Excel, Smartsheet, and Adobe. An insurance license may be required depending on state regulations. Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable, proactive, and dependable with a professional and courteous demeanor. Strong command of written English, including grammar, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications, and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. Pay Grade 13. $33,600 – $67,900 ADDITIONAL
