Retail Part time Manager Claire’s 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30346 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, sales, and customer service. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to motivate staff, enhance customer experiences, and ensure operational excellence. Duties Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained. Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize losses. Lead, train, and develop team members through effective coaching and performance management. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team. Drive sales initiatives and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain administrative functions including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
