If you’re ready to step up and become a boss, this is your chance! Position Overview As an Assistant Manager at Domino’s, you’ll be responsible for everything that happens during your shift. From managing inventory and cash control to ensuring that customer service standards are met, you’ll oversee the operations of the store and guide your team to success. You’ll need strong leadership, judgment, and multitasking abilities, and you’ll play a key role in helping Domino’s remain the best pizza delivery company in the world.

Key Responsibilities Leadership:

Manage the store operations during your shift, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Set the example for your team in terms of performance, customer service, and adherence to standards.

Team Management:

Oversee staffing, including scheduling, training, and supporting your team members to ensure they perform their best.

Inventory & Cash Control:

Monitor food inventory, ensure accurate record-keeping, and oversee cash handling.

Customer Service:

Ensure customers receive excellent service, resolving issues as needed and maintaining a positive store environment.

Store Operations:

Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure food safety standards are followed. Oversee marketing efforts to drive sales and profitability.

Performance Metrics:

Monitor store performance against key metrics, including profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements Leadership Skills:

Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a team. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.

Operational Knowledge:

Ability to handle inventory, cash control, food management, and scheduling efficiently.

Multitasking & Problem-Solving:

Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and solve problems on the fly.

Excellent Communication:

Clear communication with customers, employees, and upper management is essential.

Punctuality & Attendance:

You must be reliable, showing up on time for your shifts and ensuring your team does the same.

Physical Requirements Standing & Walking:

Most tasks are performed standing, including food preparation, customer service, and managing the store. Walking between different areas in the store is required.

Lifting & Carrying:

You may need to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, carry trays of dough or cans, and move supplies.

Driving:

If delivering pizzas, you must have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and access to a car that is insured for deliveries.

Work Environment Temperature:

You will work in varying temperatures, from the coolers to areas near hot ovens. The store environment can range from 36°F to over 90°F.

Outdoor Exposure:

Deliveries may require you to work in different weather conditions, such as rain or heat.

Safety:

You will be exposed to sharp kitchen tools, hot surfaces, and moving parts, so safety measures must be followed at all times.
