The Client Experience Associate provides comprehensive service to clients from the point of quote creation through invoicing. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment while providing accurate product availability information to customers. Client Experience Associates are seasoned problem solvers who are detail oriented and enjoy client interaction via phone & email.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed Building strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new customers Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s orders Acting as the client’s representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience Manage the quote and order creation process within the client provided deadlines Review and verify sales agreements and supplied documents including quotes, timelines, shipping, approvals, and deposits Ensure that all information entered in ERP is accurate and details are provided Collect deposits, based on terms, on orders before sending to production department Confirm schedule for product pickup date and time Provide an exceptional level of client satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field 2+ years of customer service experience Basic understanding of the exhibition industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job Ability to work in multiple computer systems and programs including MS Office Suite, ERP, and CRM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 1-2 domestic business trip per year may be required
