Job Description

In-Life Customer Success Manager 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Lawrenceville, GA 30043 • Hybrid work Job Description We are searching for a Customer Success Manager at Sage. The In Life Customer Success Manager (CSM) serves as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers to ensure their success from purchase to the going live on Sage Software. In this role you will help implement a collaborative sales motion with the partner that allows for high customer SAT, drives product adoption, and ensures customer success in gaining value from their Sage investment. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage the success of a portfolio of customers to ensure that they are realizing consistent value from their Sage partnership. Build and foster strong relationships with the partner channel to maintain alignment on implementation schedules Drive customer adoption and build confidence in the new processes and solutions they are implementing Collaborate with partner, support, product and engineering teams to address customer concerns and mange expectations. Consult with customers regularly to check in on progress and uncover ways to deepen their relationship with Sage Own the outcome of your portfolio of customers including adoption and retention Demonstrate enthusiasm about the opportunity to help customers daily. Act as the voice of the customer when relaying feedback about product or services.

Minimum qualifications:

2+ years in a Customer Success Management role at a SaaS company. Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of SMB customers across various points in the customer journey. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized with a high degree of attention to detail and follow-through Self-Motivated and able to be proactive in solving problems Process oriented with comfort using systems to track and report activities Aptitude for learning software and comfort with fast paced environment. Prior experience using Customer Success Software such as Gainsight, experience working with ERP systems preferred.
