What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Manager, Program Services and Training within our Petroleum Marketers Operations division. This position is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. In this role, you will oversee critical operational functions related to card services, account maintenance, and internal/external training. You will report directly to the Director of Program Management and regularly collaborate with the Conversions & Program Services team and cross-functional partners in billing, dispute resolution, and client onboarding.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Managing card range assignments and daily card error resolution
Conducting card range purging and bulk card ordering
Creating and uploading participant conversion files
Processing ASU (Account Status Update) and CSU (Card Status Update) files
Supporting participant conversions and backup for CFN and Pacific Pride fraud dispute processes
Providing operational support for FleetNet billing release activities
Developing and delivering internal and external training programs
Creating and distributing network product release notifications
Maintaining and updating operational manuals for CFN and Pacific Pride
Supporting documentation and communication related to program services
Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formatting, file creation)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally
Preferred
Experience in customer service or program services
Experience developing and delivering training (internal or client-facing)
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
