This role is critical to ensuring technician success, driving customer satisfaction, and helping our company meet and exceed revenue goals. You’ll be responsible for leading daily team operations, mentoring technicians, solving customer issues, and working directly with leadership to build an even stronger service department. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily dispatcher meetings and team huddles. Coach technicians on technical skills, customer service, sales performance, paperwork, and professionalism. Conduct 1-on-1 technician meetings and regular ride-alongs. Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee daily dispatch board management for maximum revenue opportunities. Review technician paperwork, photos, invoices, and quality control documentation. Recruit, interview, and assist with onboarding new technicians. Maintain and submit weekly and monthly reports to the President. Participate in monthly P&L meetings and help plan for future growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior leadership experience in the plumbing or home services industry preferred. Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once. Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other dispatch software a plus.
