Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. As a Service Coordinator, you will connect with our existing customers about their warranty and service requests by answering incoming calls, managing schedules for our service technicians, and resolving issues regarding their windows. We’re looking for someone with exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment to manage post-sale communication with our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from and make outbound calls to existing customers requesting service on their windows/doors. Collect information and research into service requests, provide updates internally as well as externally, and make detailed notes on customer accounts throughout the service. Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues they may be experiencing. Order parts, enter data from one software to another, update reports, and other tasks pertaining to service requests. Manage and maintain voicemails, emails, escalated customers, and reviews. Follow up with every customer after each service to assure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Salesforce experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required) High attention to detail (required) Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume environment while staying motivated, and organized High school diploma or greater Some office experience
Compensation and Benefits:
