Job Summary The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Parking/Card Customer Service Coordinator on the Dahlonega campus. This position will be the front-line customer service liaison between students, faculty, staff and guests for the card/parking office on the Dahlonega campus utilizing excellent customer service via email, phone and in person. Must have great customer services skills, including de-escalation, and able to effectively pull information to quickly address any customers questions, issues, or complaints. Additionally, this position requires a high level of technical skills to easily manage and utilize multiple software systems to support customer inquiries and concerns related to parking and card. Responsibilities Use the Aims system to help address issues related to parking services. Will require knowledge of general parking related topics, such as lot designations, able to direct students with shuttle routes using the Passio go application and assist with parking registrations and front license plate distribution and inventory. This position will also have a seat on the Dahlonega Parking Committee. Will assist parking operations with special event parking on an as needed basis.
Will utilize the Transact Instant ID system to makes IDs for all students, faculty, and staff. This inlcudes but not limited to new students, Orientation groups, replacement IDs, faculty, staff, CE Cards, and dependent IDs. Will use Transact E-Accts to approve any online photos, as needed, before printing ID Cards. All new students and faculty/staff will receive information regarding meal plan options and Transact App for tracking meal plans and SV Accounts. Will be the primary cashier for running the Cloud POS Register and taking all customer payments. Will be required to troubleshoot basic hardware issues related to POS and Instant ID computer and DS3 Printers.
Perform Basic Accounting. Will need to build invoices in system. Pull and send campus cash vending reports to business office daily. End of day sales spreadsheet and backup reports. Will be required to pull reports out of Cloud POS and TSE Reporting. Issues purchase requests for ID supplies and daily operation of card office. Maintains adequate level of office supplies for office. Will be responsible for front license plate inventory each month and pulling sales of front plates sold online or in office.
Utilize Transact system to processes deposits and deposit returns against the Campus Card stored value accounts. This would include Campus Cash, Cadet, and Dining Dollars Accounts. Will assist with adding cadet accounts in TSE, prior to each semester, along with the inactive campus cash refunds that are processed yearly.
Access Control- Will need to effectively navigate the Genetec access control system to add badge information for faculty/staff, students, and community members along with add new access in Genetec. Will also need to be able to discern if an access control issue is card related is a defective card or issue within the access control system. Will assist with issues regarding building hours.
Assists Manager with the enforcement of internal and external policies. Helps to keep all information regarding these policies up to date and accurate. Also assists with keeping all contracts, Card Service Web Page, and in office brochures up to date.
Will run the AEMC report for Online Block meal plans sold and add students first meal plan sold thru banner reporting services. Will keep an accurate log of meal plans sold on the U drive. If this is a second meal plan sold or F/S meal plan will manually add the correct meal plan thru TSE and assign the correct Dining Dollars. Will also manage annual reports for any and all complaints related to card and parking.
Serves as departmental records manager for the statewide records management program. Oversees record and file maintenance as well as the destruction of obsolete records on the mandated schedule. This includes converting needed files so that they can be digital stored for future reference.

Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred.
