Title Manager City Pawn 620 West Memorial Drive, Dallas, GA 30132 Overview City Pawn & Title is seeking a Title Pawn Manager to oversee daily operations in our pawn shop. This position would ideally require an individual who is knowledgeable in title pawn transactions and customer service, among other duties. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for helping others, and experience in the pawn or retail industry. No experience? Responsibilities Managing Title Pawn Transactions :
Overseeing the process of securing loans against vehicle titles, ensuring proper documentation, and managing client interactions.
Buying and Pawning Gold :
Handling transactions involving the purchase of gold, appraising its value, and offering customers fair loans based on their gold’s worth.
Customer Service :
Ensuring a positive experience for customers, addressing any concerns, and helping with inquiries about pawning or loan services.
Inventory Management :
Keeping track of pawned items, particularly gold, and ensuring everything is properly documented and valued.
Compliance and Regulations :
Ensuring the business is adhering to local and state regulations for title pawn and gold transactions.
