About Us:

Hey folks! We’re a local financial advisory firm that’s been growing quickly and are looking to add a Client Experience & Admin Coordinator to our team. We’re a close-knit group of 18 and manage over $1 billion in investments for over 1,800 clients all around the country, but the majority are here in the Augusta/Aiken area. It’s a professional setting with a true family feel.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the master of the meeting process, coordinating client meetings from start to finish.

That includes:

Scheduling appointments and confirming all the moving parts Gathering financial documents and information from clients in advance Preparing meeting resources, including some pretty sophisticated analyses of their accounts. Don’t worry! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Making clients feel welcomed and appreciated when they arrive You won’t be alone — we’ll give you plenty of training and support, and you’ll have opportunities to grow into areas you’re passionate about. We’re a small group and wear a lot of hats, so as you find other areas that you enjoy and are good at, there’s definitely opportunity there too.

Compensation:

Approx. $60,000 ($50,000 salary + annual discretionary bonus of around $10,000)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00

PM PTO:

1-hour lunch breaks; paid holiday, vacation, and sick days

Qualifications:

Above all, we’re looking for someone who is smart, pro-active, curious, detailed, and friendly. We’ll teach you the details of the business itself, but it’s ultimately those attributes that will drive your success. We also need someone who is well-spoken and well-written to make sure every interaction our clients have with us is as good as can be. You’ll be identifying and owning items as you see they need to be done, so we need someone who’s a self-starter and follows things through to completion. Just about everything we do is on a computer, so you’ll need to be able to move quickly when working with digital files and be handy with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. We do require a four-year degree from an accredited college.
