This role is key to maintaining strong relationships with our aircraft maintenance and sales clients by keeping them informed, answering questions, and helping identify opportunities for additional services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a quick learner, and confident working in a technical or aviation-related environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance clients Provide timely updates and status reports on ongoing work Coordinate with technicians and management to gather accurate service information Deliver estimates and invoices to clients and follow up on approvals Assist clients with scheduling services, drop-offs, and pickups Recommend additional services or upgrades based on client needs and aircraft history Document and track client communication in internal systems Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to manage multiple client interactions at once Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with aviation a plus (but not required) Comfortable learning technical service details and explaining them to clients Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or work order systems is a bonus High school diploma required; college or technical school a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position with paid time off, holidays, and benefits Monday through Friday schedule Opportunities for advancement in a growing aviation business Work in a supportive environment with direct access to company leadership
